How quickly can you visit?
Routine appointments are usually within a few days. Urgent cases and end of life visits are prioritised — ring rather than email and we will tell you honestly what is possible today.
How do I register my pets with you?
Send us your details and, with your permission, we request the clinical history from your current practice. New clients are welcome to a free one-hour welcome appointment at home so we can meet everyone properly.
What does a home visit cost?
It depends on where you are and what your pet needs, and you will be given the figure before we book. Multi-pet households are seen in one appointment, which usually works out well.
What if my pet needs an operation?
We arrange surgery, imaging and hospital care with local practices we trust, share the history, and take the case back on once your pet is home. How our care works ›

During our hours, ring Rachael or Joe straight away. Outside them, contact Vets Now in Tunbridge Wells or Eastbourne, then let us know so we can follow up.
